Policy brief on Indigenous Feminism and Indigenous Women’s Custodianship in Biodiversity

27th November 2022: A meeting based on the Policy brief on Indigenous Feminism and Indigenous Women’s Custodianship in Biodiversity was held in Alpha House, New Baneswor.

The intent of this brief meeting was focused on sharing some of the outcomes of the study at CBD COP15, Montreal Canada. The outcomes are also equally important to consider key elements for the Government of Nepal to take on the statement on Global Biodiversity Framework or post-2020GBF implementation and reporting. 

The Conference was held privately with 13 people in attendance including specialists from related fields. During the conference, attendees shared opinions, thoughts, and suggestions for consideration for the upcoming Gov report/ Montreal sharing.
